Return or Refund Requests
We accept exchange, return, or refund applications within 14 days from the date the item is delivered (subject to the order tracking record).
Please send an email to uk.service@gleecycle.com and include the following information:
- Your order number (e.g. GleUK1000)
- The item name and quantity you want to return
- Reasons why you want to return the item
- Attach pictures or videos if the item has a quality issue
NOTE: Please make sure the photos or videos are clear and focused at a proper distance. Thank you for your cooperation.
Return Procedure
After receiving your email, we will review the proof you provided, including descriptions, pictures, and videos. If the item is determined to have a quality issue, we will carry out the return procedure and inform you by email:
- We provide the return warehouse address based on the specific item and shipping address.
- You pack the items and send the confirmation email to us.
- The courier will pick up the package from your place (shipping cost will apply for non-quality issue returns).
- Our warehouse receives and inspects the returned items.
- We send the replacement item or arrange a refund to your payment account within 3-5 business days.
Important Notes
We will NOT approve a return/refund under the following circumstances:
- Requests made after 14 days of receiving the item
- The bike has been used
- Non-original packaging
- Unauthorized returns without prior approval
Restocking and Shipping Fees: A 20% restocking fee and round-trip shipping fee (£150, approx.) may apply for non-quality issue returns to cover repackaging and refurbishment. Returns due to quality issues are exempt from all fees.

Missing Parts or Accessories
We accept reshipment requests within 7 days from the date the item is delivered. Please email uk.service@gleecycle.com with proof (description, pictures, or videos). Only confirmed missing parts will be reshipped.
Exchange Requests
Exchange applications are accepted within 14 days from delivery. Customers are responsible for sending items to our return warehouse at their own cost and risk (including shipping, taxes, and duties). After sending, provide the tracking number to uk.service@gleecycle.com. We will arrange delivery of replacement products within 1-3 business days depending on stock availability.
Special Note About Refunds
Refunds are generally processed within 3-5 business days after we receive the returned items. Refunds will be returned to your original payment method. The exact time depends on your payment provider and bank processing times. If you encounter any issues, please contact our customer service at uk.service@gleecycle.com.
