Please read the following terms carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities. (All free accessories are not covered by warranty service.)
1. How to Apply for Warranty
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us via the Contact-us page or email uk.service@gleecycle.com. You must include:

Photos or videos clearly showing the issue
Our certified mechanics will respond within 48 hours. During the process, we may ask you to perform simple tests (e.g., using a voltmeter on the battery) and submit the results to assist in diagnosis.
2. What We Will Do

Replace any part found to be defective due to manufacturing issues

Replace parts damaged during shipping (reported within the valid timeframe)

Approve local repair reimbursements of up to £100, provided the repair is appropriate and pre-approved.

In rare cases, a full bike replacement may be authorized, subject to return and inspection
3. What We Will Not Do

Replace any component without first receiving photo or video evidence

Cover parts damaged by misuse, accidents, improper storage, or unauthorized repair

Provide warranty service for second-hand owners
-
Pay for third-party services or replacements not approved in advance

Accept responsibility for damage caused during customer-arranged shipping

Offer warranty for products not purchased directly from uk.gleecycle.com or authorized dealers
4. Warranty Coverage
This limited warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is valid from the date of delivery.
A) 2-Year Limited Warranty – Frame

Covers manufacturing defects and material faults

Does not include damage from impact, misuse, modification, or abnormal use
B) 1-Year Limited Warranty – Motor & Battery

Covers motor and battery under normal use
-
Does not cover damage from unauthorized chargers, improper charging, water ingress, or tampering
C) 1-Year Limited Warranty – Main Components
Covers the following items against manufacturing defects:

Hydraulic brakes

Front fork
-
Rear shock
-
Display / controller
-
PAS sensor
-
Battery charger
-
Handlebar / stem / headset / seatpost / crankset

Rear rack
-
Gear shifting system
⚠️ Does not cover normal wear and tear, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
D) Items Not Covered by Warranty

Accessories (e.g., phone holders, mirrors, baskets)

Wear-and-tear items, including but not limited to:

Brake pads and rotors
-
Tires and inner tubes
-
Chains, chainrings, cassettes

Spokes, rims
-
Handlebar grips, saddle

Hydraulic brake oil

5. Shipping Damage Claims
Shipping damage must be reported within 14 days of delivery.

Inspect your bike immediately upon arrival

Record any visible damage on the delivery receipt (if applicable)

Take clear photos of the damage and packaging

Email uk.service@gleecycle.com with the evidence
We cannot process claims filed after 14 days from the delivery date.
6. Credit Card Chargebacks
If a credit card chargeback is initiated on any order, and the customer retains possession of the product, the warranty will be suspended until the chargeback is fully resolved.
7. Part Returns & Replacements
If a replacement part is approved under warranty, we may request the return of the defective part before dispatching a new one.

The part must be returned within 10 days

Returned parts will be inspected upon arrival

If damage is found to be due to misuse or not covered, charges may apply
8. Disclaimer of Risk
Riding an electric bike involves inherent risks. It is the rider’s sole responsibility to ensure safe operation. Riders are expected to:

Inspect the e-bike before each use

Follow all assembly, usage, and safety instructions

Avoid unsafe riding conditions and maintain proper control at all times
Gleecycle.com is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from:

Improper assembly or lack of maintenance

Misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications
-
Riding in hazardous, off-limit, or unapproved conditions
9. Performance Disclaimer
Top speed and range are estimated values and not guaranteed. They vary depending on:

Rider weight and cargo

Terrain, slope, and riding style
-
Wind, temperature, and tire pressure
-
Pedal assist level and battery health
10. Customer Conduct
We strive to offer professional, friendly service. In return, we ask customers to engage with our team respectfully.

We reserve the right to refuse service, void warranty, or cancel orders in cases of repeated misconduct
