Order Processing and Shipping Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days.

  • Electric bikes are shipped from our local UK warehouse, with an estimated delivery time of 2-5 working days

  • Accessories and batteries are shipped directly from our factory in China, with an estimated delivery time of 15–20 working days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment.

Shipping Costs and Customs Duties

  • All orders placed through our store are shipped free of charge.

  • Customers are not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees, whether the order is shipped from our UK warehouse or directly from China. Gleecycle covers all these costs to ensure a hassle-free delivery experience.

Delivery Address

We deliver across England, Scotland, and Wales. We currently do not deliver to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, or other UK offshore islands.
It is essential to provide a complete and correct delivery address. We cannot change the address once the order has been processed or shipped.

If a package is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we will contact you immediately. The package will be re-shipped once the address is corrected, and additional shipping fees will apply and will be confirmed to you before reshipment.

Please provide a daytime telephone number for every order, as carriers may require it to ensure delivery. In the event that a package is undeliverable and returned to us, please contact uk.service@gleecycle.com to arrange reshipment.
